Besides shipping standard products, we always try to satisfy our customer’s special requirement. This part is one of our main services.
Customers will send the OEM or ODM their requirements such as power, size, capacity, design or drawing, idea, sample, special material, etc.
Customers will work with our design team to make the overall scheme of the product. After customer checking, we will move on to the sampling step.
Our R&D engineers will make samples according to customers’ requirements. Some of the work may be done by hand or light-duty machines. Sampling will take about 1 or 2 weeks depends on the difficulty.
After the customer confirms the sample and packaging, we will prepare the mould and mass production. It usually takes us 2 to 4 weeks to arrange mass production.
Our QC staff will ensure the on-spot and after production inspections. Our products are 100% inspected.
Our products all have guarantees that depend on contracts with customers. After-sale services are available for any customer who needs more help or information. According to the user feedback, we will always try to improve the quality of our products after each shipment.
